Barn is fun for kids, we were able to see some baby goats and sheep. Ice cream is so good
What a pleasant place to have lunch and enjoy farm animals.
Can we stop here for ice cream. It was very good! Parking was easy and we utilized their indoor seating.
Great place to take a moment to relax and enjoy nature, life and surroundings.
We go here for ice cream every time we visit our daughter and family
I love Smiling Hill Farm! I've visited several times in the past few months to get their milk and ice cream and it's always been so good. Their chocolate milk tastes exactly like melted ice cream. Their lunch menu is also pretty good and affordable. Hope they bring back the blueberry milk in store. Also, the milk-a-cow day was so fun and free!
We have brought our daughter here several times and have always had a nice time. They have a variety of animals that you can see and feed. The goats and sheep are a big hit to be able to pet. As a treat once you are done, delicious ice cream! And blueberry milk is amazing!
I've been coming to Smiling Hill Farm since I was little, and my daughter loves it just as much as I do. The best part is being able to go into the area with the goats and sheep, I could spend all day with them- they're so sweet! The ice cream is great and you can have a birthday party there! We come every year when we visit Maine ❤️
Such a fun afternoon! We visited with the turkeys, pigs, donkeys, emus and of course the goats. The petting area was the best- the goats were adorable. Had a quick lunch on the cafe, did some shopping and had ice cream
Today my sisters and I visited the farm for the very first time. We had a baby goat snuggle appointment right when we got there and then into the barnyard we went! We had a great time and ended our day with some amazing ice cream, blueberry milk and some homemade sisters soap to take home! The staff was very friendly, and overall we had the BEST time, we will for sure be back with more guests! 🩷 10/10 recommend the baby goat snugs 10/10 recommend the farm 10/10 recommend the ice cream 😋
Such a fun farm!! I’ve been going here since I was a little girl and now I have a son to share new memories with here! The barnyard is soooo fun! You can pet the sheep and goats in there! Staff are always friendly and the food is so good! I always get the Mac and cheese and it’s amazing! Great ice cream as well! Highly recommend visiting!
Great visit. Highly recommend outing. Plus ice cream!!
We went here today with our 6-month old just to explore a local farm and pumpkin patch and were pleasantly surprised with our experience! The tractor ride was short and sweet, honestly the perfect amount of time for children under 5. There were a lot of different animals and the goat/sheet petting zoo was a hit! We enjoyed a delicious sandwich and ice cream after. We weren’t expecting to spend 3 hours here today, but we’re happy we did! Everything was reasonably priced and we plan to come here again.
I don't even care for ice cream…. But this place?!?? ABSOLUTELY BEST ICE CREAM I've ever had! Everything is fresh from their farm! It is also super affordable! They also have a huge barnyard/petting zoo for the kids. Only $9/person. Totally worth it! We loved this place so much we went back for more before heading back to TX. GO, GO, GO! You will love all the flavors!
Great place to see animals. Feeding the lambs and goats is the best! They are so loving and gentle. They do a great job of keeping the pens clean, it doesn't really smell like animals. Their ice cream is a must and a stop in the farm store is a nice way to end your visit.
The milk is amazing and the cows themselves are very sweet Absolutely worth the visit even if you dont pay for anything
I went here as I had accumulated roughly 50 milk bottles within the last year and needed to recycle them directly to the source. I ended up getting an excellent BLT, banana milk (I was wildly skeptical but it’s so good!), some cheese, ice cream, and, most importantly, seeing some baby cows. And this was a few weeks before the farm officially opens for the spring/summer season. Cute all around with great staff.
